SW 5th Avenue Basin

This 4.8 acre project site provides water quality treatment for approximately 15 acres of urban Gainesville. A 2.5 acre wet detention pond provides the water quality treatment. The site is located adjacent to the existing 3.5 acre Tumblin Creek Park. The project was completed in 2003.
