Monterey Creek is a tributary of Possum Creek. It begins just south of NW 39th Avenue and flows southeast under NW 43rd street near the Millhopper Library where it is joined by Pebble Creek. The creek then flows into Possum Creek near NW 31st Place, in the Pelham Place/Wood Creek neighborhood.
